Synopsis:
"Black Clover" follows the story of Asta, an orphan raised in an orphanage alongside other children, including Yuno. While everyone is born with the ability to use mana in the form of magical power, Asta, lacking any magic, focuses on his physical strength. In contrast, Yuno is a magical prodigy born with immense magical power and a talent for controlling wind magic.
Driven by their desire to become the next Wizard King, the second-highest authority after the King of the Clover Kingdom, the two young men develop a rivalry. Yuno obtains a legendary four-leaf grimoire owned by the first Wizard King of the kingdom, a rare grimoire granted only to the most exceptional wizards. Asta, despite lacking magic, acquires a five-leaf grimoire containing a mysterious elf sword and a bodiless demon member using rare anti-magic. Subsequently, they join the Magic Knights squads as their first step towards realizing their ambitions.
Asta becomes a member of the Black Bulls under Yami Sukehiro, alongside Noelle Silva, while Yuno joins the Golden Dawn. They embark on various adventures, confronting extremist groups like the Eye of the Midnight Sun, led by a demon exploiting the injustice committed against the Elves by the Clover Kingdom during its establishment.
Later on, the Magic Knights face the Dark Triad from the Spade Kingdom, with Asta and Yuno discovering the influence of their demons on their lives and the Dark Triad's plan to fully manifest the demons into their world. The Magic Knights then confront the eldest sibling of the Dark Triad, Lucius Zogratis, who aims to create his perfect world.
